#11
http://iodine.imva.info/index.php/iodine-dosages/

As a note: When I was in my late 20's I got a bad bout of pneumonia and all the anti-biotics were were not working. The doctor then gave me iodine. I put 10 drops into a glass of water twice a day. Viola` all better in a week and my lungs were cleared completely.

Take Vitamin D3 - Not the Flu Shot!!

In
general antibiotics are ineffective against viral infections of the sort that
cause most colds and flu. Fortunately garlic isn't "just" an
antibiotic. As well as the powerful antibacterial allicin, garlic produces a
number of other potentially beneficial compounds.

The following will help you monitor what is coming/going on:

The above link, to me, is the reason most plague juices work. Garlic and vinegar are the key and the stronger the better. All of the formulas require tons of fresh garlic (fresh is the key) and to buy it would be expensive so make sure you plant plenty and lots of it.
OK Garlic is on my list to plant. Thanks. I also stock lots of vinegar and honey.

This refers to a famous experiment involving the use of anti-fever drugs. It was a far more complex experiment than is really described here, but you'll get the idea. There is a functional component to fever in fighting infection/flu that is not understood. Taking drugs that suppress fever production might actually be deleterious, but no one really knows for sure one way or another. These experiments certainly make you think about it though.

It is something to make sure on since many use iodine to purify their water with also. If you have allergies to any shellfish then you need to stay away. Get tested if you have doubts. Best to know something like that before shtf.

If you only have a minor cold with a low grade fever and lots of aches and pains, go a head and treat. For something more serious, let the fever climb. I do this with my daughter whenever she gets strep as she runs very high fevers with it. 106.5 is the tops for her at the ER. Yes, at 103 I usually treat with her as it is hard to get her temps down.

Fever is helping to kills the bad germs and kick starting the immune system. Adults should treat at 102.5 to 103. Children typically run higher fevers than adults and should wait to 103. This is what we do and you will have a better idea with your own kids. Most parents start popping meds for their kids at 99.1 and this shouldn't happen.

Cool baths and rub downs first. Then meds if the temp just keeps climbing.

Old timers would give people who were sick tonics that caused them to sweat profusely which now we know helps to clear the toxins out of their systems. This about when a fever breaks, you are covered in sweat.

Such a load of information Whiteangel, thanks so much.

I already take 500mg of NSAIDs a day so have noted the info on Milk Thistle. Goodness knows what would happen to me in a flu epidemic, another reason why I am reducing the dose and replacing with Vitamin D.

I would like to get hold of some Bioperine although I am taking tumeric in its natural state, I French Googled this and got loads of ads for penis enlargment, seems it is more popular for that use over here....LOL Hope it arrives in a plain packet......
